We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information for service delivery
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Cooperate with our technical team during service delivery
  • Provide necessary access to systems for troubleshooting
  • Back up your data before any major configuration changes

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your systems and data.

4. Payment Terms

Service Fees: Fees for Services are as quoted on our website or in service agreements. We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice.

Billing: Services may be billed on a one-time project basis or recurring subscription. Payment is due as specified in your service agreement.

Late Payments: Late payments may result in service suspension and may be subject to late fees.

Refunds: Refund policies vary by service type and are outlined in individual service agreements.

5. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Our standard SLA includes:

  • Response Time: 15 minutes for critical issues, 1 hour for standard requests
  • Availability: 24/7 support for emergency issues
  • Uptime: 99.9% service availability for managed services

6. Intellectual Property

Our Content: All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of ITSupportEng and protected by copyright laws.

Your Data: You retain all rights to your data and systems. We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide for the Service.

License: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services for your business purposes.

7. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary information received from the other party. We will:

  • Protect your confidential information with reasonable care
  • Use confidential information only for providing Services
  • Not disclose confidential information to third parties without consent

This obligation survives termination of these Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ITSupportEng shall not be liable for:

  • Loss of profits, data, or business opportunities
  • Damages resulting from third-party services or software
  • Issues caused by client-side configuration changes

Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Services in the 6 months preceding the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ITSupportEng and its employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

  • Your use of the Services
  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any laws or third-party rights

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to Services immediately, without prior notice, for:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Non-payment of fees
  • Illegal or fraudulent use of Services

Upon termination, your right to use the Services will immediately cease.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or website notice.

Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
